Why did you choose to attend UE?
I wanted to experience Harlaxton, and I also had family members that went to UE and did well in life.
How has your program/major prepared you for a future career?
I have learned a lot about myself, what I am passionate about and how I can network and make connections with people.
What activities or organizations have you been/were you involved with at UE? How have these impacted you and your college career?
I have participated in Student Government, Greek Life, Faith in Action, Lead Forward, and Umbrella Film Company during my time in school. I have gained valuable leadership and communication experience. These clubs have also helped me grow in my desired field of film and videography.
What makes UE a special place? How did our campus shape your college experience?
UE has been great because you can either blend in if you want, or you can make yourself stand out easily on campus. My college career was greatly enhanced by being a member of a fraternity, and I benefited from making many personal connections with faculty.
What advice would you share with incoming students?
Use your resources to the best of your ability! UE has amazing professors that do a great job helping students who ask for assistance. Get involved on campus, some of the best moments of college will be spent with friends that you met through organizations or that you met on campus.
Why do you recommend the University of Evansville?
The University of Evansville gives students the power to think for themselves, make valuable connections, and find out what they are deeply passionate about. The faculty and staff are amazing at supporting you along the way.
Did you visit UE before deciding to attend? How did it shape your college decision?
I did an in-campus visit at UE, and I fell in love with the campus and the town. I noticed that the environment felt very collegiate, and the staff seemed very friendly.
Do you have anything else to share about your UE experience?
Harlaxton was amazing!
